Private Lesson Client Agreement

Thank you for joining the Soccer Routes Private Lesson program!

Please review the policies and fill out the form below.

Failure to read, understand and abide by the following policies may result in removal from the program without refund.

  • Late Arrival Policy:

    • If you're more than 15 minutes late, the session is canceled. Repeated lateness without notice may affect future bookings. Please notify the office of any tardiness via phone or email so we can let your coach know. Rescheduling is not guaranteed. All lessons end on time regardless of start time. Thank you for understanding.

  • Missed Class Policy:

    • No refunds or credits are given for missed classes.

  • Exceptional Circumstances:

    • Extreme situations can be discussed with the owner for consideration.

  • Attendance and Invitation:

    • Regular attendance is necessary for consideration for future sessions, though it's not guaranteed solely by payment.

  • Consistency in Pricing:

    • Prices remain unchanged even if one or more clients miss classes.

  • Tailored Private Lessons:

    • Private sessions are customized for the player and require consistent participation for improvement.

  • Participant Behavior:

    • Sessions end if the player refuses to participate or cannot maintain focus consistently. This applies to all ages, exceptions not made for younger players.

  • Coach Consistency:

    • While we aim for consistency in coaching staff, it's not guaranteed due to operational reasons.

  • Minimum Purchase Requirement:

    • Full month blocks (minimum 4/5 sessions) must be purchased. Missed/ cancelled lessons cannot be carried over into future months (exceptions made for circumstances outside of the control of Soccer Routes only).

  • Attendance Responsibility:

    • Attendance is solely the client's responsibility at the agreed time/day slot. Rescheduling is not always possible. Cancellation or change of time by client may come at the cost to the client. Please be aware of your expected commitment to the time slot you are enrolling for.

  • Coach Discretion:

    • Coaches may recommend that a client isn’t a fit, with final approval from the owner.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations under 24 hours incur a charge. Exceptions may be made for injury or severe illness with a maximum of three per year subject to owner approval. Cancellation due to clients personal scheduling are at the discretion of Soccer Routes. Rescheduling not guaranteed.

  • Waiver Requirement:

    • A waiver must be signed before participation. Failure to do so implies agreement with our terms upon payment.

  • Session Participation:

    • Only registered/waivered players may participate. No other individuals are allowed.

  • Equipment Use:

    • Soccer Routes equipment is for registered/waivered players only.

  • Parent/Guardian Presence:

    • A parent/guardian must be present during the session.

  • Restroom Breaks:

    • Restroom breaks should be taken before class and don't extend the session. Parent/Guardian will accompany player to the restroom.

  • Timeliness:

    • Classes start and end on time. Price adjustments may occur based on group sizes.

  • Weather Cancellations:

    • We play in the rain! Weather-related cancellations are decided solely by the owner with no credit owed.

  • Renewal Process:

    • Renewal notices are sent out in the final week of the month. Payment must be made within 72 hours to secure the same slot for the next month.

  • Communication for Lateness:

    • Please call the office if you're running late- 424-281-0534

  • Communication Channels:

    • All communication regarding sessions must go through the office. Absolutely no personal contact information is to be shared with coaches. Exchange of personal information by the client to the coach is a violation of the policy and may result in removal from the program. This is for the protection of both the client and the coach.

  • Damage Responsibility:

    • Clients are billed for deliberate equipment damage.

  • Policy Changes:

    • Policies are subject to change, communicated via email/website.

  • Additional Policies:

    • All other Soccer Routes policies and the Parent Code of Conduct apply and can be found here.

By purchasing and participating in our sessions, you agree to adhere to these policies and all other additional policies outlined by Soccer Routes on the Policies page. The form below certifies your understanding and agreement to our policies.
